2018 Toyota Camry

For the last 15 years, the Toyota Camry has been the best-selling sedan in America. It’s become famous for its reliability, affordability, and simplicity, but it’s also never been the type of car that enthusiasts get worked up over. However, that’s all about to change with the upcoming 2018 Camry, designed by Toyota to be more powerful, more fuel-efficient, and more eye-catching than every Camry before it.

Depending on which trim level you choose to go with (and Toyota’s giving you plenty of options), the 2018 Camry comes with either a 2.5 liter four-cylinder engine, a 3.5 liter V6 engine, or a hybrid engine. The four-cylinder engine comes to 206 horsepower, a jump of 30 from last year, and a combined 35 mpg, a 26 percent improvement. If it’s fuel efficiency you’re after, the hybrid engine gives you an incredible combined 52 mpg. If engine power is more your speed, however, the V6 comes to an impressive 301 horsepower.

These new Camry engines are obviously an improvement, but what about safety and technology features? Luckily, Toyota doesn’t skimp on these either – every 2018 Camry comes standard with the Toyota Safety Sense-P system, which includes forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, and lane-departure warning. You can also find built-in navigation and Toyota’s Entune 3.0 infotainment system, which connects to your smartphone.

The 2018 Camry is scheduled to reach Toyota dealers, including Peruzzi Toyota, this July. Come give us a visit at Peruzzi Toyota and see for yourself just how much the Camry has changed in a year. And if you’re in the market for a new 2017 Camry, or even a used or certified pre-owned Camry, you can be sure that we’ve got you covered there, too. We’re looking forward to seeing you soon!
