2019 Toyota C-HR

The new 2019 Toyota C-HR is the latest version of Toyota’s smallest crossover. In 2019, the model is getting a new entry-level variant in addition to many other features that are new for this year. The 2019 model is similar to last year’s 2018 model but it’s been improved in many ways. Read on to discover everything that’s new about the 2019 C-HR. If you’re interested in learning more than what’s covered here, stop in to Peruzzi Toyota and see the C-HR for yourself or talk to any of our Toyota experts to discover more.

First, let’s explore what each trim level comes with, which is in line with what you would expect from a new Toyota vehicle in the areas of technology, safety, and comfort. For the interior, all trim levels come with Entune Audio 3.0, although we’ll get into the differences between them later on. You will also find dual zone automatic clime control, a 4.2-inch TFT multi-information display, auto-dimming rearview mirror, power windows, remote keyless entry system and much more. In the area of safety, every C-HR comes with Toyota Safety Sense P standard which includes Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist, Automatic High Beams, and Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. Every model also includes and electric parking brake, Toyota’s Star Safety System, and ten airbags. Of course, every Toyota model also comes with one of the best warranties in the industry: 36-month/36,000-mile basic warranty, 60-month/60,000-mile powertrain and restraint systems warranties, and 60-month/unlimited mile corrosion perforation warranty.

For the 2019 model year, the Toyota C-HR comes in the base-level LE, XLE and Limited trim levels. Each one is slightly more expensive than the last but each step up comes with an incredible array of features. The LE comes with all the features outlined above so let’s jump right into what distinguishes the XLE and Limited trim levels.

The XLE contains everything that’s been outlined so far as being included in the LE model with many key additions. The XLE upgrades the 17-inch wheels of the LE model to 18-inch Sport alloy wheels and also includes a touch-sensor lock/unlock feature on the door handles. With the XLE model, you have the option to upgrade to the Entune 3.0 Audio Plus which includes Toyota Safety Connect and Wi-Fi Connect Powered by Verizon. You also get a leather-trimmed steering wheel, Smart Key System, and Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert.

When you upgrade to the Limited Edition of the 2019 C-HR you get all the great features of both the LE and XLE with some significant upgrades. The limited edition includes high-performance LED fog lights and rain-sensing windshield wipers. You also get stylish additions like red rear bumper garnish, chrome window trim accent, and piano-black B-pillar. The Limited Edition includes Entune 3.0 Audio Plus standard but you can optionally upgrade to Entune 3.0 Premium Audio which includes Dynamic Navigation, Dynamic POI Search, and Dynamic Voice Recognition. The Limited Edition also included heated front bucket seats and leather-trimmed back seats.
