Under the Hood

The Tundra is available in multiple trim choices equipped with either a 4.6-liter or 5.7-liter V-8 engine and a six-speed automatic transmission with overdrive and auto-manual capability.

The 4.6-liter model features 32 valves producing 310 horsepower and 327 pound-feet of torque. Alternatively, the 5.7-liter engine churns out an impressive 381 horsepower and 401 pound-feet of torque.

Several standard features include rear-wheel drive, rack-and-pinion steering, double wishbone suspension, and front coil springs, all of which result in easier handling and maneuverability.

Exterior Features

When it comes to hauling cargo, there’s ample room with Tundra’s cargo area measuring an incredible 78.7 inches in length and 22.2 inches in depth. Equipped with a Class IV trailer harness/hitch, the Tundra can easily meet your hauling and towing needs with a gross axle weight of 4,000 pounds, payload capability of 1,600 pounds, and a towing capacity of 6,800 pounds.

Safety Features

Providing safety is part of the Tundra’s design with plenty of standard features, including brake assist, lane-departure warning, electronic stability control, four-wheel disc brakes, a four-wheel anti-lock braking system, and traction control. The Tundra also includes front and rear air bags, front side air bags, and child safety locks.

The 2018 Toyota Tundra is designed to provide power, durability, and versatility whether you’re hauling, towing, or just taking care of business.
