Peace Valley Park
You can enjoy hiking, fishing, playgrounds, and picnicking at Peace Valley Park. This park offers 1,500 acres of nature surrounding Lake Galena, with over 14 miles of trails to check out. Trails include the Mini Loop, Evergreen, Lake Walk, and Upper Woods Trail. Visit their Nature Center and environmental area to learn more about the wildlife that calls this park home. Many bird species call this park home, making bird-watching a possibility on your hike. You can also bring your dog to Peace Valley Park with you as long as they’re on a leash.
