The 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid trim is available in a special edition this model year: the Bronze Edition. The special edition will be slotted in the lineup between the XLE and Limited trim levels and includes upgrades that make it stand apart from the rest.
It Has Both Power and Performance
The Highlander Hybrid Bronze Edition is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine. Front-wheel-drive models also have two electric motors, while the all-wheel-drive models have three motors. The engine/motor combination produces up to 243 horsepower.
It’s Stylish
New for the 2022 model year, the Bronze Edition is available with two different paint colors. Select from Cement, which is exclusive to the Bronze Edition, or Wind Chill Pearl. The SUV rolls on distinct bronze-colored 18-inch wheels. The sleek lines give the SUV a classy look, while the wide stance adds an athletic appeal.
The bronze theme continues inside the Highlander Hybrid Bronze Edition, where you’ll find bronze stitching, illuminated bronze door sill plates, special floor and cargo mats that feature a Bronze Edition logo embroidered on them, as well as mid-century inspired SofTex-trimmed faux leather seating surfaces.

The Bronze Edition includes a number of safety features as well as a standard suite of driver-assistance features. Safety features include automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning with lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, and automatic high-beam headlamps
