The 2022 Corolla Cross is a brand new competitor in the subcompact SUV market. With plenty of power, style, and room, this crossover is ready to tackle anything.

Power and Performance

The standard engine in the 2022 Corolla Cross is a 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder that produces 169 horsepower and 150 pound-feet of torque. The engine is mated to a continuously variable automatic transmission. Both front- and all-wheel drive are available, depending on your needs. The crossover can tow up to 1,500 pounds. The Corolla Cross is built on the same platform as the Corolla sedan and hatchback, but the body is about 3 inches taller and is 2.1 inches higher from the ground.

Interior Styling

Inside the 2022 Corolla Cross you’ll find enough seating for up to five passengers. The 60/40 split-folding rear seats make it easy to get into and out of the vehicle, or access cargo in the back. The rear cargo area has about 25.5 cubic feet of space for front-wheel-drive versions, and the all-wheel-drive models have 24.3 cubic feet of cargo space. Rear air vents are standard equipment so everyone can be comfortable, and backseat passengers will appreciate the 32 inches of legroom. With the optional USB ports, you can keep your devices charged and ready to go. The touch-screen display makes it easy to access important vehicle information, as well as music, air conditioning, and more.

If you’re in the market for a sporty crossover that looks good and has plenty of power, look no further than the 2022 Corolla Cross.
