Toyota unveiled several exciting new models at the 2021 Chicago Auto Show in July. Check out what the auto manufacturer plans to add to its appealing lineup.

Toyota Corolla Cross

The Corolla is one of the longest-running nameplates in the Toyota lineup, and it plans to release a new crossover version in 2022. The auto brand announced the 2022 Corolla Cross at the auto show, which will offer front-wheel and all-wheel drive, bold exterior styling, and a comfortable ride. Despite its compact size, this model will also boast segment-leading storage space and passenger volume.

GR 86

Another newcomer to the line is the all-new Toyota GR 86, which marks a return to the auto brand’s sports car lineage. If you’ve been waiting for a sporty, responsive, and agile model from Toyota, this could be your ideal car. It boasts a coupe body style, a wide stance that contributes to the low center of gravity, and a rear-wheel-drive configuration for better handling around the track.

Beneath the hood, you’ll find a 2.4-liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine rated at 228 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. The interior of the GR 86 is also appealing, thanks to its standard 8-inch touch screen, six-speaker sound system, and Android Auto and Apple CarPlay smartphone integration.
