Toyota wins again! U.S. News & World Report, a global leader in consumer advice, has just released their rankings for the 2023 “Best Cars for Families,” and two Toyota models made the top of the list. Peruzzi Toyota in Hatfield, PA is proud to share the findings.
There were 92 vehicles reviewed, and nine categories considered. Among them, the 2023 Toyota Camry Hybrid nabbed its first win as “Best Hybrid Car for Families.” For an astonishing tenth time, the 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid was named “Best Hybrid SUV for Families.”
In determining the top rankings, U.S. News considered things like interior space, easy-to-use tech features, cargo room, and teen driver controls. Safety technology was also a consideration – something that Toyota has long been known for. Both models include automatic emergency braking and a rear cross-traffic alert, for starters.
“Our 2023 Best Cars for Families offer the features, safety and space that will appeal to new parents, as well as parents with teen drivers or households that include grandparents,” said Jim Sharifi, managing editor of U.S. News Best Cars.
Of course, the Toyota hybrids are also great for families in the sense that they care for the next generation with eco-friendly engineering. They save money on fuel as well – money that can go towards vacations, or other fun things!
